This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping terms and conditions for orders placed on biologique-skincare.com. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

  • Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or an equivalent courier service.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.


5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at sales@biologique-skincare.com.

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the case.


6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

  • If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping fees.
