1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays).

Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or an equivalent courier service.
4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the case.
6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued excluding original shipping fees.
