Based on the 3-step sun care program of Biologique Recherche, Helios3 acts from within to support the epidermis before, during and after sun exposure. A comprehensive formula enriched with natural carotenoids (beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene), essential fatty acids (omegas 3 and 6), and antioxidant vitamins and minerals (vitamin A, vitamin E, selenium, zinc and copper) which help protect cells from oxidative stress that causes skin aging and the appearance of pigmentation marks.


1. Take 1 capsule per day. <br> For optimal results, we advise you to take Helios<sup>3</sup> 1 month before exposure to the sun then throughout the period of exposure and up to one month after.</br>
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It should not be used as a substitute for varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a health professional before supplementing. Not recommended for children or smokers. Store at a temperature < 25°C. Protect from light.

Although the sun can be beneficial for the body and the morale, in high doses, UV rays cause numerous oxidative damages involved in sun intolerance reactions. It is therefore essential to protect the body externally by applying a sun cream and internally by consuming antioxidants to limit the oxidative stress responsible for the sun's harmful effects.
